Voting Rights and Illegals -- the Erosion of America has Begun in Earnest; Right Now!

New York City
Thursday, May 9, 2013

Consider this;
The governor of your state decides to allow citizens in neighboring states to participate in local elections of your state. Issues of taxation, labor laws, commerce liquor licensing, legalization of marijuana, gun laws, election laws, redistricting, property rights laws, education laws and gay rights initiatives all get to be decided by you, plus non-citizens outside your state.

Your taxes could go up dramatically to pay for new programs that the out-of-state citizens all vote for. Overnight you could find that your home is now in a piece of property deemed a Flood Plain, even though it and your immediate neighbors’ homes have never experienced flooding. Your state which has no state income tax could end up changing that in one election, decided by those neighboring voters who came in just to vote away your taxation rights.

Now, expand the scenario to a national level. People who have not invested their lives in this country legally; they are not property owners, they have citizenships in other countries, they are barely English speaking and or cannot understand written English well enough to even engage in an election without someone telling them what to vote for and against, etc; they get to vote in our election.

If this comes true, are your voting writes compromised? Does your vote count the same than it did before illegals were allowed to vote? One of the elements being used in this voting rights battle is a new cog in the confusing way The Left’s decision making process operates. Just because a foreigner is visiting this country legally, seems to make them eligible to vote in American elections. And because this has been allowed some places in the past, it is being touted as normal and “fair”.

In New York City, right now, Hundreds of thousands of immigrants could get the right to vote in local  elections under a proposal before lawmakers. And once they can vote locally, how far away from the next step of National elections are they?
