Something to think about as we men gear up for July 4th, 2013.

Signers of the Declaration of Independence

As we breathe the air that came from God, no one questions our right to breathe. Really, everything that comes exclusively from God can only rightly be governed by God.

*Air, food, water, the freedom to exchange ideas, even life itself; these things can not and should not be governed by any other than the Creator. (*please see note at very bottom of post)

The argument for and against these truths is exactly why America was founded. People coming from countries that governed their;

• right to the free exchange of ideas
• right to make a living by openly selling goods and services
• right to defend one’s life and property
• right to peacefully worship God

~ were looking for a place on this planet where they could live under The Rule of Blind Justice (The Rule of Law) and Liberty.

Today, those very elements of Liberty which were so eloquently outlined in The Declaration of Independence are not only being threatened, some have already been outlawed and thus taken away from us.

Our right to the free exchange of ideas, The Freedom of Speech, has been placed under attack by The President of the United States, Barrack Hussein Obama as the IRS was ordered (there is now proof) to intimidate The Administration’s political enemies and cause financial harm to those who would oppose him.

For years, law enforcement agencies have unConstitutionally persecuted the citizen’s right to keep and bear arms in the pursuit of that freedom sanctioned by, but not authored by, The Second Amendment. Our right to defend our life and our possessions against unlawful search and seizure is something that God authored, and our country’s founders and the documents in which they recorded these foundations guarantee.

Our lawful elections have, for the past three Presidential cycles, seen law-breaking and attempts to steal votes and perpetrate crimes against entire populations, both state and federal, without due process of law to prosecute the guilty because they were of Democrat Party origin, and Democrat judges chose not to lawfully execute their sworn duties towards The Rule of Law.

The Obama administration, with the help of an eager and willing collection of false journalists known as The Main Stream Media have perpetrated upon all freedom loving Americans crimes on a social order that all, even those low information voters who would seek a way of life that excludes earning one’s wages by working, would suffer enslavement under powers that would guarantee all and deliver nothing at the threat of imprisonment and death.

The enemy is no longer at the gates of our city called Freedom, they have entered the city, taken over the courts and are gradually squeezing the liberty right out of us.

We might all have been afraid of sticking our necks out and drawing attention to ourselves because we might suffer later when “they are looking for a reason to shut us up”. We may have been afraid of more heavy handedness by the IRS, or civil authorities because we spoke out too much.

We may have used the excuse that we have spouses, wives and children to protect and for whom we must continue to provide; and we can’t provide if we are in jail, though falsely accused.

But think on this; what did our founding fathers give up before there ever was a U.S. legal system. What sacrifices did the signers of the Declaration of Independence give up? Did they not have wives and children? Did they not have upon them the same responsibilities to provide and the same desires to pursue happiness? Did they not lose businesses, land, loved ones and their very lives in order to defend their rights to live free?

The next time you have a chance to speak up for Liberty, Freedom and The Rule of Law; or vote for and otherwise support freedom loving candidates and causes; do not shirk from your duty for any altruistic cause to provide for your family and protect them from violence. That dog no longer hunts.

The violence from which you protect your family is happening to them already-- from a distance. Your elected officials are firing at them from afar. Your very President is stealing their money and giving it to his friends. He is stealing their safety, their freedom and their very way of life.

Who will speak for your wife and children if not you? Who will fight for your wife if not her husband? Who will stand in the gap between slavery and your children if not their father?

I may end up homeless, wifeless and living in a car because of my conservative sword rattling, but let it be known that the sword rattling heard by the enemies of my country is not only the sound of tapping computer keys as I write to my congressman and The White House, or the sound of the curtain at the voting booth. It is also the sound of gun leather and cartridge loading.

Make sure of the safety of your home against those who are taking Obama's lead to steal from the working Christians of America. Then, see to the safety of your House and your Senate by calling and writing to your elected officials.

Playtime is over. It’s time to fight.

Below is the list of grievances included in the physical document of the original Declaration of Independence. Look at them and notice how ironically similar many of them are to the conditions under which we are now existing at the hands of our current monarch, Barrack Hussein Obamas, The King of America.

• He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
• He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.
• He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only. 
• He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures. 
• He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.
• He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.
• He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.
• He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers.
• He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.
• He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance.
• He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.
• He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.
• He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:
• For Quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:
• For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:
• For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world:
• For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent: 
• For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury:
• For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences
• For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighbouring Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these Colonies:
• For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:
• For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.
• He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.
• He has plundered our seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people. 
• He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to compleat the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.
• He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands. 
• He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

*The freedoms to drink water and eat food to which I refer, do not include the local government's typical practice of installing infrastructure that brings water to your very home, nor industry to provide local foodstuffs on store shelves located conveniently in or near your neighborhood, but the freedoms we all enjoy to procure in any reasonable means a way to provide food and water to our families. This might be as simple as gathering bucketed water from your own well, or eating the eggs from your own chickens and the vegetables from your own garden. Choosing to purchase these things form a local retailer is a good thing, and should not be infringed upon by decisions of political expediency that raise the price of commodities that results in robbing the citizenry of their very way of life. If a political decision, or unlawful and treasonous act of any elected official causes the price of oil to rise drastically which precipitates down the commerce chain to raise the price of virtually everything, then we are being robbed by our own elected officials. This too is treason, especially if it is done deliberately as an attack upon our national economy by an embedded enemy of The People, regardless of the shape of his office.
