This might be the first real American gun confiscation law from which the Second Amendment was written to protect citizens.

SB-140 Fire Arms: prohibited persons cleared $24 million to
fund and expedite the confiscation of guns from persons who find themselves on
a special list. This list is created by ongoing cross referencing of mental
illness cases and other criteria that deem current gun owners as “illegal gun
owners”, and schedules them for fire arms confiscation.
“Who might fit this special criteria?” you might be
wondering. How about veterans who have been diagnosed as sufferers of PTSD,
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
