During the 8 minutes that the local police are receiving the call and travelling to your residence, you have a life saving measure of protection to stop deadly force of an intruder. There is no physical state in which The Police can guarantee the safety of the local society they are sworn to serve and protect. Self protection is the only answer to true freedom and liberty from enemies foreign and domestic.

Furthermore, personal protection and Liberty are not rights granted by governments. They are moral gifts handed to us by The Creator. Therefore, since Liberty and self protection were not given to us by our government, but we possessed them already, our government can not take them away.

What part of the word "infringe" do you not understand Mr. Obama.

I strongly suggest that you acquaint yourself with the names and communication points of your elected officials. If we can not secure our Constitutional freedom through the current electoral process, there is nothing left but out right war on our own government. But, to leap from "doing nothing" to "war" is a pathway that leads to a devastating aftermath that almost ensures anarchy.

You'll often hear people called "Anarchists" when they suggest doing away with The IRS and federal taxes.

If it is true that I am an anarchist because I suggest doing away with the un-Constitutional tax code under which we slave at the pain of federal prison outside of constitutional law (IRS Tax courts do not recognize US Constitutional Protections and operate thus), then Americans living before 1913 were all anarchists I guess. There was no federal tax until that year.

Count how many wars were won by a standing US Military before 1913. The answer is five (5).

Count how many US Congressman we were short before 1913. The answer is none.

Count how many federal offices were lacking before 1913. The answer is none.

Count how many police and fire offices were vacant before 1913. The answer is none.

Too simplistic you say? The IRS bragged how simple the new tax collecting would be back in 1913, and laws were even passed that required taxes to be computed simply and in complete transparency. Simple and transparent were part of the IRS tax code.

So, do not call me an anarchist, nor ignorant.

Roh-oh Rorge. Unions Beginning to Oppose Obamacare. Calling for Complete Reversal.

The United Union of Roofers, Waterproofers and Allied Workers International joined with other unions to get ObamaCare passed in Congress and to President Obama’s desk.

Now, they’ve found out what’s in it, “away from the fog of the controversy” and they want it repealed.

All of it:

“Our Union and its members have supported President Obama and his Administration for both of his terms in office.

But regrettably, our concerns over certain provisions in the ACA have not been addressed, or in some instances, totally ignored. In the rush to achieve its passage, many of the Act’s provisions were not fully conceived, resulting in unintended consequences that are inconsistent with the promise that those who were satisfied with their employer sponsored coverage could keep it.

These provisions jeopardize our multi-employer health plans, have the potential to cause a loss of work for our members, create an unfair bidding advantage for those contractors who do not provide health coverage to their workers, and in the worst case, may cause our members and their families to lose the benefits they currently enjoy as participants in multi-employer health plans.

For decades, our multi-employer health and welfare plans have provided the necessary medical coverage for our members and their families to protect them in times of illness and medical needs.  This collaboration between labor and management has been a model of success that should be emulated rather than ignored.  I refuse to remain silent, or idly watch as the ACA destroys those protections.

I am therefore calling for repeal or complete reform of the Affordable Care Act to protect our employers, our industry, and our most important asset: our members and their families.”

1. Leading up to Benghazi, Obama’s State Department has all of the ammunition removed from the Benghazi consulate.
2. During the Benghazi attack, the State Department makes sure that there is no help forthcoming, sentencing US Foreign Service Officer Sean Smith, and Navy SEALs Glen Doherty and Tyrone S. Woods to a horrible, violent death for the crime of being American citizens on foreign soil and in the service of their country.
3. Shortly after that occurred, the Black Flag of Islam was flown over the US Embassy in Tunisia, after it was overrun by Muslim terrorists there. And then, not two full weeks after the Benghazi Massacre, Obama made this remark at the United Nations: “The Future Must Not Belong To Those Who Slander The Prophet Of Islam” – Barack Hussein Obama

So, when President Obama issues a statement like this from today’s proclamation, “…finding those who did this…”, we know better. We all now know that his part is not one of America’s leader, but of being in collusion with America’s enemies.

He must be tried for his treachery as well as his tyranny. We are far beyond impeachment proceedings. Impeachment will only be the beginning. Justice around the world cries out for the trial and strictest sentencing provided by law for Obama’s crimes.

NBC-10 Philadelphia reported that, Stephen Massof, a former Gosnell worker, "described how he snipped the spinal cords of babies, calling it, 'literally a beheading. Evolution Says We Came from Rocks, not “Primordial Goo”

Just thought that I would straighten out a particular point in the whole evolution fantasy theory.

Since those arguing for Evolutionary theory are not scientists but theorists, I am certainly qualified to join the fray as I too need not use actual facts, but can argue with the best of them; only needing a college degree in ANYthing, which I do possess.

Even though the evolutionary story is emphatic about where humans came from; most recently monkeys, then before that amphibians and before that primordial goo; the fantasy is then picked up by the likes of Rod Serling describing “The Big Bang”, because evolutionary theory’s best guess is that there was a big bang a very long time ago.

So, really, we came from a big bang before anything else. And, according to the meteorologists in charge of big bang theories, this accidental big bang was made up of space rock. Hence > Big Bang > primordial goo > amphibians > monkeys > humans > PHD evolutionary theorists.

Humans came from rock. This is what our public schools and secondary EDU specialists are saying. I am currently making payments on my BFA degree for the privilege of learning that we came from rocks.

One has to be a specialist in one or two fields of study in order to understand all of the connections and apparently it can’t be easily explained to simple morons as myself with nothing more than a meager bachelor’s degree. Don’t we feel fortunate that we have folks who stayed in school long enough to understand that we came from rocks.

Once a Liar, Always a Liar; The Global Warming non-Debate

One of the dangers with allowing Leftists to get away with building the Human-made Global Warming political campaign on lies, is that any time they want, they can announce that either they have won the battle and stayed the trend through the changes they initiated, or that new facts (new lies) have surfaced that changes the game plan to fit their political needs for the moment.

Enough time has passed since the Human-caused Global Warming hoax began, that science requires actual proof to have come to pass. Events should have unfolded that underscored their claims. Columbus claimed a round world instead of a flat one. If his and others’ global travels did not come back with empirical proof of their claims, they would have been proven wrong by scientific caveat. And, the same is true for the Human-caused Global Warming alarmists.

After a decade since Al Gore’s big revelation that he needs money from every country in the world to combat this tragedy, there should have been a 10-year historical science record of facts that prove  Human-Caused global warming is really happening.

The best fight back on the solar system warming science that the liars have come up with is that, “… not all of the planets in our solar system are warming at the same measurable rate.” Well, duh. That’s your argument? That’s all you've got?

To save face, liars usually never come clean. Don’t expect even an “Oops, we were wrong.” Nope, it will most assuredly be a doubling down on whatever it takes to perpetuate the lies to exact large sums of money from as many weak minded fools as possible.

Since the Non-media allowed Nancy Pelosilly to get away with the infamous, “We have to pass the (Obamacare) bill to see what’s in it,” certainly the Left knows that they can get away with saying anything with total impunity.

Here’s some suggestions for the left on global warming 2013;

• “The global warming is so critical at this point, it’s actually causing a massive cooling of the planet.”
• “On why the entire solar system is actually warming a tad, that’s how bad it is on planet Earth; what with all of the SUV’s, lawn mowers and bovine flatulence. It’s spreading to other planets. When will the madness end?!”
• “Oh, you have to be a global warming scientist to understand the complex data involved.” (shades of evolutionary “science”)

Ok. Those are just some excuses for you lefties to get started with. If you have any like suggestions, feel free to comment on this article. All input accepted.

No Longer Any Excuse for Electing Barack Hussein Obama

Not knowing what Obama was really about was an OK excuse for voting for him in the first term. Especially with the press being willing accomplices in his lies regarding what his platform was. One almost had to elect him just to see what was in him (sound familiar?).

But no longer can any voter that helped elect this socialist America-hater claim ignorance. If you re-elected Barack Hussein Obama to a second term, and or are obstructing efforts to get rid of him, then you share blame and are culpable in America’s current financial malaise, moral depravity and support for all things hateful, murderous and poisonous to Liberty.

The very founding documents and traditional American culture that gave you the right and opportunity to vote for a socialist like Barrack Hussein Obama, will be completely gone due to Obama’s purposeful destruction of the U.S. Constitution and The Rule of Law.

But, good news for you who wanted this; you’re getting it. Without The Rule of Law, you’ll no longer need to worry about voting or having any say in how you are governed. Look at every country that has gone socialism and you will not find much in the way of a republic of the people, for the people or by the people, nor any democracy either. And, you will find taxes that are much higher than our already too high taxes, more free services handed out with no one to administer them and no funds to pay for them, and often a national police state that enforces Nazi style military laws, and no guns to protect against criminals nor the over bearing federal and regional government forces.

Now that we know what is in the Obamacare bill that Nancy Pelosi stated we had to pass it to find out what was in it (still find it hard to believe she actually said that with a straight face to a national audience), and now that we have seen Obama ignore American service heroes and honor communists; obstruct the U.S. Constitution as well as border states from reducing illegal alien and other Mexican criminal activity;

we now know that; 

• a vote for Obama was a vote for murdering infants even after they are born
• a vote for Obama was a vote for less healthcare for all, via decreasing services by constraining care
• givers and hospitals, giving away redundant services to all who can fill out a form as well as illegal aliens, and taxing law abiding citizens into buying a service that most do not need or want
• a vote for Obama was a vote for furthering the socialist left wing grasp on the American government and thereby the electorate (the voters)
• a vote for Obama was a vote for the end of American values
• a vote for Obama was a vote for the end of American exceptionalism
• a vote for Obama was a vote for the end of American traditions
• a vote for Obama was a vote for the end of the last country on this globe where freedom and liberty was the highest ideal offered to any person
