Parent faces 10 years in jail for asking questions about Common Core

Freedom of Speech Dead in Obama's New America

Robert Small, a father of two, went to a panel in Towson, Maryland hoping to relay his concerns about Common Core, national curriculum standards pushed by the Obama Administration. Rather than answer his questions, state school officials intimidated him and subsequently had him arrested (emphasis added):
Small stood and interrupted Baltimore County School Superintendent Dallas Dance during a question-and-answer session and began to tell the audience that he believed the new curriculum was lowering the standards of education and was intended to prepare students for community colleges. “You are not preparing them for Harvard,” he said.

Is Obama Now Openly Murdering the Press?

This developing news story reads like a John Grisham novel.
-There's multiple reports of a pearl white Mercedes traveling at a high rate of speed followed by an unexplained fiery crash.
-A veteran reporter dies in the one occupant car crash who is married to another journalist who worked with cabinet level D.C. insider (Condoleezza Rice).
-The dead journalist was working on something mentioning the FBI investigating him and friends.
-The journalist was known for past breaking stories along these lines.
-Other journalists are concerned.

Everybody's thinking it, I'm just saying it.
When award-winning journalist Michael Hastings was killed Tuesday in a fiery one-vehicle crash, the first question in many journalists' mind was, what story was he working on?
Thanks to the release of an email sent hours before his death, we still don't know the angle, but we have an idea of the topic, and we also know that Hastings considered it a big story.
KTLA was provided the email by one of the recipients, whose names were blurred out. It was sent June 17, 12:56 p.m., about 16 hours before Hastings' death. The subject line was "FBI investigation, re: NSA." The text reads:
"Hey (names blanked out), the Feds are interviewing my 'close friends and associates.' Perhaps if the authorities arrive 'BuzzFeed GQ', er HQ, may be wise to immediately request legal counsel before any conversations or interviews about our news-gathering practices or related journalism issues.
"Also: I'm onto a big story, and need to go off the radar for a bit.
"All the best, and hope to see you all soon.
"Michael"
